5/29/2022 Pasta bowl was delicious! First time for me having Piadas. Not sure if they were from this location, they were set up at Summa Akron City cafeteria. Very good!!

The piadas are really good. I love the concept of a pasta dish being in a wrap. I've eaten here at least once a week since moving to the falls last month. The restaurant itself is nice and clean. The employees have always been friendly for the most part. The only issue I have, which is the same issue I have at any of these build your own type places like Chipotle, is the inconsistency. I mean it's always good, but depending on who is working, sometimes it can be better than others. Luckily it's only happened to me once, but there is one guy who works there that goes super skimpy on stuff. My wrap is usually a similar size, and his was like half the size I normally get. My girlfriend's was also much smaller than it usually was. The pictures I posted were from today, and it was the normal size I'm used to and really good!

Best Piada in northeast Ohio hands down! The entire staff was pleasant and engaging. I eat at Piada way more than I should from Canton to Rocky River and this Piada is the best. Destiny was a shining star (I hope that’s her name she had long pretty braids) she was funny and witty. She kept us laughing and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. There was a manager on duty and she was awesome too! Literally every person there was phenomenal!!!

Ive had the toughest couple of days this week, and I stopped to get some pasta at the piada on state rd. In Cuyahoga falls and the employees were hands down amazing! All the girls were awesome but the two that stuck out the most were Gina, who’s personality just SHINES! I truly feel someone so warm, welcoming, kind and upbeat should be in charge of training new employees! She truly blew us away with kindness and put a smile on our faces! She made us want to come back!! And then we were passed onto Marissa and she was incredible as well!! Smiling, kind and incredibly helpful!! I hope to always have an experience in a restaurant like the one I had today with them!!! 10/10 highly recommend this location! Hope to see these ladies climb the ladder and pass their contagious charisma onto future employees!
