Great studio facility. Recorded on stage A for a week of sessions on a scripted podcast project. We had 30 actors on stage at various times. We had ZERO downtime and had flawless engineering on the record side. Clear Lake has an amazing selection of mics. All of the talent enjoyed the studio and the kitchen area. I would definitely work there again.

Not the studio it used to be. In the past few months the quality of the engineers had decreased drastically. You constantly get staff who don't know what they're doing and can't run the rooms, requests go on unfulfilled, and the final product is worse. Yet the prices have drastically gone up despite quality and services provided not also going up. There's much more affordable studios in the same area which unfortunately are now more dependable than Clearlake is, and that's coming from a former regular.

I recorded one complete album here and had nothing but awesome experience working with Eli working things out and Eric as my sound engineer. Won an international medal (Global music award) for said album and just started working on a second. Fully equipped, and very reasonable pricing for such high quality service. Nice Yamaha C7 (which has a sostenuto pedal for those concerned with such details). I definitely intend to continue coming here for all future recording projects.
