The 2 reasons this is a 1 star is due to the heavy set fair skinned male employee that REFUSED to give his name OR his managers name after being rude at the drive thru speaker and then again at the window. He shut the window and refused multiple times to give his managers name or to get them when requested. I would give a zero for this reason but I gave it 1 star because Yolanda the shift mgr did come outside and flagged me down in the drive (after hearing our encounter but not being alerted that I wanted her info). She apologized for her employee's action and offered to take my order. I declined. She remained polite and continued service recovery, recommending I consider returning future.

This was, quite simply, the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. It took over 20 minutes to get our food and the order was incorrect. The empoyees appeared to have no interest in anything related to food service and made no effort to address the issues with our order ... or any order... In short, if you like poor service, long wait times, and dubious food quality, this is the place!

Was just at this location. Ordered 30-some dollars worth of food. Got home and ALL 5 cinnamon rolls were NOT ICED. Was at their competitors location at Gilchrist Rd. Right off of the interstate. The ONLY person working that weekend was by herself, being bombarded with Doordash orders, on top of having to deal with the time change and STILL got our order right. We will, for now on, go out of our way to get Hardee's at the Gilchrist location (it's a further distance than this one) to ensure we get our order done right. Customers beware. P.S. The cashier that took my order in the drive-thru (come to find out later is the manager or supervisor overseeing the staff today) only charged us for 4 instead of 5 cinnamon rolls. Went to get a refund and gave me a refund for 5 instead of 4. I expressed my good previous experience at the other location and asked him why 3 people working today got the order wrong but one person running the show at the other location could get the order right. His EXCUSE was he has new staffing and also mentioned that they do have icing... I'm thinking if they are new, HIS JOB is to check the food BEFORE it's distributed out to the customer (the last chance to catch the problem)🤦‍♂️ SMH
