I worked at Bethany for a brief period of time in 2020 and I wanted to pop in and recognize Arica G., the Asst. Director of Nursing. She was a great supervisor; smart, professional, kind, patient, and sympathetic, as well as a real sweetheart with the patients. Bethany is lucky to have her and it was my pleasure working with her. Thank you, Arica.

The way the nurses treat the aides with disrespect is unprofessional. You can't make a complaint about anything or your fired. Don't be sick or your fired, don't have medical conditions and work here or your treated like your less of an aide. They allow resident care with doors open, nurses telling residents that because they fell they inconvenienced their night, on NOC shift you don't get a 30 minute lunch but they take it out of your pay anyways. They make promises they don't intend to keep. I would never put my beloved family member here! I see how they TRUELY are! There is only 2 good nurses at the place.

My mother, Mary Ellen Jacoby, spent. Easter Monday until Memorial Day under the care of Dr. Betsy Baum and staff a few years ago. When she arrived she was bed-ridden, on full oxygen and much morphine. After a few weeks, she was up on a walker in the halls, no more oxygen or morphine. My mother had many visitors and went home after Memorial Day. She continued to live at home under Hospice care. She went to a couple weddings, had her hair done weekly, went out to dinner now and then and was able to spend some time at Deer Creek State Park the next two summers with family, even sitting by the pool. We were all thankful to have her until she passed, at 92, on Aug. 29, 2016. .Thanks to all for the extra time we had with Grandma Mary!

Moved my mom here in May after a hospital stay. She had been at a different assisted living facility for over two years, during wic time she lost interest in everything. Now, she uses her walker, talks to everyone, enjoys the activites. I cannot believe the difference in her and her quality of life. Would recommend 100% Staff is great and there is a lot of staff to care for residents. Always notify me of changes and put mom's care first. She has really benefited from living at Bethany and I feel good about it.
