The cost to live here with subpar amenities is not worth it. Apparently a water heater that is failing to operate is not an emergency. For 2 months had zero communication about the delay to replace said water heater. Only got it changed when I said I would hold rent until replaced. Now I have zero hot water and still no communication about how to handle this. Parking is also an issue in parts of the complex where people are parking illegally but yet nothing seems to be done about it. I was informed to send them license plate numbers about who was the culprit. Not my job to do yours when I pay to live here like everyone else.

I dont live here and never will. My friend who stays here is constantly sick due to mold within the walls. They refuse to fix the roof, that has been complained about by many tenants, that leaks into apartments. This not only causes structural damage that can be extremely dangerous, especially with children around, it can cause major health issues as well. From reading these comments, they are literally risking peoples lives for a pay check. Others are also complaining about being sick, and water constantly leaking into their living space. Avoid this place, search else where for somewhere to lay your head at night.

I have lived at Avalon Apartments for nearly two years now, and have had an overall good experience, especially with Molly Eastman. She is a great, attentive Property Manager, and gets things done in a very timely manner. Hope she stay a long while.

Awful experience. So unorganized and rude people working in the office. Lost cashiers checks of mine and my vacate form and are telling me to pay them, which is absurd for someone who always paid rent on time and even months in advance. If you want a peaceful place to live and to not have to worry about your money or paper work going missing rent somewhere else. Overpriced for what the apartments are. Sunbelt properties took over from HPM and they are the worst property management ever.

Hello, I am not seeing you as a current tenant at Avalon. Can you please tell us what apartment you are in? Also have you put in a maintenance request in your online portal? Thanks!
