BEWARE. Although store times are indicated on the website, Google and maps, they actually close at 8:30 pm. I arrived at 8:37 pm and all registers were already closed, along with main entrance locked. I was informed by a customer service team member that I was not able to pick up an online order because it was too late. Keep in mind that I was not going to browse the store but rather just pick up one pair of shoes. Tip for future customers: Be sure to arrive at least one hour before 9 pm or you will be dismissed and risk the chance of not being attended.

Clean store display is good but small selection for shoes especially since I wear 12s wide fit

Not much to shop around... perhaps, this COVID-19 impacted to delayed shipping from warehouse. Yet, it is clean and staffs are nice~!
