I stopped here to get my Grandson something to eat. He ordered the chicken sandwich combo meal. He was very impressed since it was his first time eating at Wendy's (he's a picky guy too).

I would give Wendy's a 5 star rating , it was the fact that the red head who took my order forgot what extra butter means when I asked for it on my potato. Then the red head forgot the napkins ,and most importantly my puppies hamburger patty.You could have had a 5 star rating Wendy,but I have to rate accordingly because I did have to go back for the things I had asked for. Great food though Wendy I loved it.

My wife and I had a gift card so we decided to go to this Wendy’s. Our experience started at the order window, the staff member was hard to understand and he kept getting our order wrong. After that experience was finished we pulled up to the window and presented a $20.00 Wendy’s gift card and a $10.00 bill to cover the cost. The cashier charged 10.00 on the card (I have no idea why he didn’t even ask about the amount but two staff members said the card only had $10.00 on it, on a 20.00 gift card hence our confusion) and said we didn’t have any change coming so we were naturally confused it was a $20.00 gift card after all. The staff was completely argumentative and insulting, thankfully we were finally helped by a very nice manager who understood the problem and resolved it. After dealing with a disagreeable staff (excluding the manager who was helpful) the food was horrific (dry and burnt and the lettuce on the chicken looked like it came from Chernobyl) it’s safe to say won’t be back for the food or the terrible service.

Manager took my order and while I was literally the ONLY customer inside the store, he made me feel super rushed and I knew what I was ordering too. I understand there is a labor shortage and I am super, super patient but wow. What the heck was with the odd service? The worst part was I heard him tell a coworker to put more salt on the fries and I did not realize until I got the food home that the fries were so heavily salted they could not be consumed. I may try another location next time, that was super disappointing.
