Something changed in either management or corporate, but when you have BOTH prices and hours change, then yes, you have a frustrating problem. I wish the franchisee could fix these problems but they won't. On another note, the franchise owner should make things run smoother, get rid of the "lazy" employees, answer a phone every once in a while, and please, hire friendlier employees.

Horrible service. Unlike any mcdonalds ive been to in my 61yrs. No greetings,No thank you was said. Restaurant was empty, employees saw me waiting at register and not once did they or they aknowledge my p.resence. when i ordered and recieved my order no gratitude or thank you was exhanged. This was order 270 made on 6/9/22 @ 1915 time stamped. I am also a very large shareholder mcdonalds. Very disaapointed.

I came to get a breakfast deluxe on the drive thru. When I got home I saw that the sausage was missing so I called the manager and she told me I can go back and get my sausage and I asked her if she can redo my order because my food was going to be cold and she said yes. So I went back and they made me wait about 20 minutes on my car. Finally they brought me my food and when I got home I noticed they had spit on the sausage and had bit the sausage. I called macdonald's to report it and the manager never answered the phone. I called for ever and they never answered the phone because they knew it was me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY WILL DO THINGS TO YOUR FOOD IF YOU COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGER!!!!

how is this the second time they don’t fill the cup all the way?? edit: this is absolutely unacceptable. the cost of my meal was $4.08 and i had to pay a whole $5 because they didn’t have coins in the cash register and i had no $1 bills. i had to give up $0.92 which is basically a dollar. this is the second time this has happened and it is extremely sketchy. franchise? no. scam. edit 2: we came in at 3:03 and ordered a small smoothie and a donut. we didn’t get our order until 3:24. we saw the employee take the donut out of the case and make the smoothie at around 3:22. it’s understandable to take some time if it’s rush hour, but there were much bigger orders/similar orders that came out much sooner.
