THEY LOST MY CAT!!!! I Left my 2 cats for 4 days, went to pick up my cats and four cats escaped thru a window left open, poorly secured. Thankfully my cat was found 3 days later several blocks away, alive. Sadly, 2 of the four cats are still missing. NOT equipped for cats!

they lost two of the cats and “forgot” to lock to kennel i would not recommend going here for your cats or dogs this place has a HORRIBLE reputation for loosing animals and mistreating them, your already paying enough to keep your cats safe and they cant even do that. now sure they have a lot animals but if their loosing animals maybe they shouldn’t be taking care of more than 2 at a time like i said i would not recommend bringing any of you animals here

!!They forgot to lock the crate door and let my friends cat run away!! they trusted this resort with this sweet babies safety and they forgot to close the crate door allowing her to escape. she has now ran away and they haven’t found her since. If you want your animals safe, I’d recommend you don’t come here.

Tried boarding here over 2 different weekends. MONTHS apart. Both times my poor dog had green snot running out of his nose when I picked him up. Kennel cough! I understand it can happen but 2 out of 2 times? My dog is vaccinated and healthy! This last time as I picked him up I was told his bed was being washed. No biggie right? Wrong! Just picked up his bed....not washed torn apart and COVERED in urine! "Miscommunication" said the office manager. No it wasn't. She was standing there on Monday when I picked up my pup and she told me to come grab the bed after it was cleaned. No empathy for my sick pup just a snide "Sorry". I would not take my worst enemy to that place let alone a loved one!
