Great people WHEN they answer the phone, seen a decline in customer service especially on weekends, not employees fault, they are over worked and under staffed! Get with it Dobbs-! You can’t treat the people you have like that or you won’t have them ! You can only squeeze so much out of one human, get a call center -!

I am a company driver. My model 579 truck has spent lots of time in lots of shops. I'm obviously not a Peterbilt fan. However, this is the best repair shop experience that I have ever had. The people are truly friendly. They squeezed in my truck and got me taken care of in 1 day. While I waited, I got my laundry done in their free to use machines. I got a shower in their clean and private restroom / shower room. I watched some satellite TV in their clean and comfortable lounge area. I walked down the street for a bite to eat. When I got back, they were backing the truck out of the shop. I was dreading today before I got to the dealership. There is no need for dread when dealing with this shop. A++
