🎄❄During our wait we purchased items (or tried) twice. The first time the cashier was great, warm & friendly and the coffee maker staff person made my drink well and our food items were ready super quickly. When we went back to get my other child a sandwich, daughter asked a question and the same drink maker staff person from earlier answered my daughter's question with, "Nope." I was standing next to her. The staff did not offer an option or an "I'm sorry but we can...." We were silent for some awkward seconds as this staff person merely looked at us. Finally we said thank you and walked away. This made me so upset. Why are you in a heavily customer service job if you hate people. Makes no sense. That particular staff ruined my outlook and review for the whole shop even though the initial experience was good. She should not be allowed to work for Starbucks BUT if she remains she should only make drinks and warming up food and never talk to customers. She had been slightly terse, brusque, and crisp cool with me earlier but I took it as a misunderstanding. When she said "Nope" to my daughter without offering options or nice helpful words, I realized she enjoyed abusing customers with her power as a Barista. Maybe she forgot she was getting paid to treat customers with politeness and manners. Thank you for the other staff that was nice to my husband and other kids. 🎄🌟

I was excited about the essential worker deal and asked what it entailed. The barista told me it was good for a small coffee, I assumed they meant any small coffee on their menu, so I ordered a small latte. The price was normal so I asked why the price was still the same and they said it only qualified for drip coffee. I was very apologetic and told them I wanted the promotion and not the latte. They didn’t start making it yet but I still felt terrible because I was not in a place to pay for an expensive coffee, they made sure I felt terrible and treated me very poorly. I kept saying I was sorry and I wouldn’t even get a response. Every time I come here the baristas are rude to their customers but they were finally rude to me so I needed to leave a review. I have spent good money here in the past but today I wanted to take advantage of the free coffee they were offering. I suggest being more clear when you let people know what kind of coffee the essential workers can get this month, and if a mistake is made not to make them feel awful and treat them poorly. I have worked in customer service for almost 10 years and have never treated another customer the way they treated me today. The last time I spend my money here. Please treat your customers better, especially during the holiday season. ❤️

This was actually a great SB. Sometimes you never know what your going to get at the airport. The baristas here are friendly and made my London Fog perfectly.

Drive thru is preferred. If you rather order inside, you are to wear a mask while doing so, as well as, while waiting for your to-go order. No inside or outside seating at this time. Stay safe everyone.
