Wonderful!! I came in to do some homework. 1st I wasn't at expecting to be served by the cashier but she brought out our drinks, we stayed until the dining room close and we Ordered coffee to go. Sierra added her little touch to our cold brews. This actually made very happy. it was simple cute surprise... I loved it. Great Job Tim Hortons you have a great staff!!

Manager brought out refills for coffees while we were sitting outside! She even brought cream and sugar so we could make it how we like! Drinks were perfect and hot, food was amazing! To add the cherry on-top, after she was closed and about to go home, she sat outside and chit chatted with us. She's very young and said she hasn't been with Tim Hortons very long but she's eager to keep going! My group will definitely be coming back more often!!!

They are a company from Canada trying to expand to all of Ohio, but I agree many people just don't want to work. I live in Northern Ohio I find that the further south I go especially Cincinnati in Milford Ohio the customer service and the people they employ the drive-thru or completely ignorant or don't want to work

No manager but it being a promotional items changing something cost extra non of us understand it but we don't have a choice it's a company thing Also this isnt the place to post a complaint nobody checks this you can always call the store and a manager will be happy to speak to you
