Stopped at this location while traveling. We had ordered online so we could run right in. This was the only place we could stop that have gf/vegan options. Workers didn’t have the order ready, two different people made our order. That being said, they were made poorly and one included cheese when we specifically asked for none FOR A REASON… went back in and asked for it to be remade. Staff was incredibly rude. While complaining, the GM’s standing behind the staff had nothing to say. I know times are tough but it’s not hard to be a good employee that pays attention. Extremely disappointed.

We've had really bad experiences at some Chipotles in the Cleveland area, but I was craving a burrito bowl and stopped here. By far the best experience I have had at a Chipotle in a long, long time. Great service, generous portions, perfect atmosphere.

Don't order online. It's been over 30 minutes since my food was supposed to be ready and, as I write this, still do not have it. The regular line moves right through with no issue. Clearly it's an inconvenience for them to have to deal with online customers and in store customers

Have never once received a correct order from this chipotle. Just received a bowl that literally had the sticker on it saying it was supposed to be a burrito????? I’d give negative stars if I could.
