Brought in a rug doctor I just bought on Amazon because the sprayer wasn't working. They were upfront and quoted me a price that I agreed to pay. Turns out though the rug doctor was under warranty. When I picked it up it there was no cost to me. Woo hoo! The rug doctor is busy cleaning away and I can't tell you how happy we are with it and the service we received here. Thank you!
