The employees were really rude and disrespectful. One older employee actual made the new employee cry. She acted like we were an inconvenience for asking for the ranch we ordered. Drive ten minutes to New Philadelphia for better food, better service, and a cleaner atmosphere.

The only reason I stopped was for a roast beef sandwich. They where great even I was a kid. Mine was slimy meat, bun wasn't that great, fries where like the frozen ones from the grocery store

The employees are wonderful and the food is delicious, however sometimes the wait times are a little longer for a fast food restaurant because they are understaffed. Also due to being understaffed their dinning room isn't always available so if you want to eat inside maybe call ahead before you drive all the way out there.

Stopped last week and got a Frisco burger and it was Amazing. It was fresh and hot! The order taker was very helpful. Next road trip I will be stopping again! Thank u
