I did a walk in visit while shopping for an upgrade to my wife's engagement ring after 10 years of marriage. To be honest I was just browsing, but was promptly greeted by Cheryl, a very knowledgeable long time saleswoman. She had our taste pegged within a few questions and after showing me some different styles that were beautiful, but not the ONE, we landed on a in-house custom ring with a beautiful stone at a great price. The sizing and mounting of the stone was completed overnight, a feat I'm very impressed by. Although I did go a bit over budget, she did her best to keep the purchase within our means. I am in love with the purchase, and I'm sure my wife will be too.

My LeVian ring I got for Christmas was missing couple of diamonds when it arrived. It was very worn and dirty ! Nothing like pics. We got it at a very low price and I really didn’t want to send it back for a refund. Even damaged and dirty it is a beautiful ring. Teresa helped me and got the repair price down to an affordable price for us ! I have to wait a few more weeks to have my dream ring but I feel it’s going to be worth it! Thank you Teresa ! You don’t know how much I love that ring even in the shape it was in. Picture below is before and I will update with a now when I get it back .

Yes, they do appraisal. I don't know if they buy jewelry. Try Dodson jewelry downtown if you want to sell jewelry. Both stores are very reputable. Both have been in business in Spokane for years. I highly recommend either.
Absolutely! I love Pounders! I've taken everything from my vintage Hamiltons, to my new Luminox there. They are super quick, and usually get it done in a few minutes
We just purchased as Longines watch, but saw lots of customers - who had obviously been loyal for years - come in for appraisals while there.
Depends on if you want paperwork & an exact number or a quick estimate. I had a .8 karat diamond appraised and if I remember right the initial estimate they have a low and high range for near free and actual appraisal was less than $75 for 4 items. Note that has been almost 7 years ago.
I know they buy gold, and would give you an estimate. Pawn1 maybe a better option, or the coin and jewelry place next to Pounders.
