This little restaurant off the beaten path, complete with rainbow marquee, is a stunner. Food is high quality and great flavors. Breakfast pizza was amazing and I have unreasonably high standards for pizza. Chicken tenders for kids spoiled them with chicken dinner quality. Wanted to get more before we left but they were already sold out.

It was ok, brisket carries a lot of fat. My stromboli that was ordered was thick on bread which was great but had three layers of meat and by three layers of meat I mean one slice of meat, one slice of meat and then a different slice of meat. For the price of that I was not oppressed but the sauce was ok. Appetizers were the best part of the meal. Buffalo chicken dip was good. Mozzarella sticks for good and the garbage fries were good. Overall for being in the area on the state highway I would say it's okay. Everybody has different taste.

Stopped here after picking our daughter up from camp. The lot was full so I was optimistic. It didn't disappoint. The prices were fair and the food was delicious. The pretzel fries were a big hit with the kids. The staff was incredibly friendly. The place is very open but it was not cold. We will be going back next time we are up that way.

This was our first time here. Our server Katie was fantastic, she was fast, friendly and really seemed to care about her job. The food was delicious, my husband got the burger of the week which had Mac n cheese on it and I got the cowboy burger. We will definitely be back.

Off there menu Breakfast Saturday and Sunday 8a to Noon. Lunch specials Monday to Friday 11a to 2p Dinner Monday and Tuesday 11a to 9p Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, are 11a to 10p Saturdays Noon to 10p Sundays 12p to 9p
Our Safety Practices at boondocks include, social distance, tables spaced apart 6 feet, booths have sneeze guards, we use a sanitizer on all contact surfaces that kills the corona Virus in 20 seconds. All staff is required to due daily health assessments. Bartenders & Service staff is required to wear masks for protection. We all have slower periods if you are uncomfortable with a 2/3 full environment. Outside Heated covered patio will be coming available once the weather is above 50 degrees consistently.
I'm not local but every time I've been there to visit my mother in Mount Gilead I call ahead if it's late during the week on the weekends they always seem to be busy and open for the food and the service I call because it's good food
