The lady that works there (tall, thin, wavy black hair) is very rude and short with people. Didn't say hi to me when I entered (I don't really care about that) but when I put a blanket down for a second on a table near the exit, she made sure to get in my face and tell in a condescending voice, "that's the employee folding table." Ok. Thanks for attitude.

The laundry soap vending machine took my 2$ there's a sign that says if you overpay NO refund. I did not realize it until I put enough money in to get the three boxes I need so I lost a whole 2.50$ that's one wash . That's a convenient rip off for the management. I'll never return. And it is super old. It needs a few updates..

This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to & the dryers are EXCELLENT! They dry clothes faster than I've ever seen! They have more than plenty of great quality machines that are available when you need them & the change machine is always working! It's never busy. In fact, I've never seen more than 2 other people on the few occasions I've been here! DEFINITELY NOT like some laundromats that have people hangin' around bumming money from you or whatever! I've actually had to leave my clothes sitting in washers for a couple hours before I could get back & they were left untouched! Since I happen to be sitting here bored right now, here's what they've got: (14) 30 lb Washers, (3) 60 lb Washers, (3) 50 lb Washers, (2) 90 lb Washers, (9?) 20 lb Washers, & (17) Regular size Washers, & (33) Dryers!

Update: per the review, I was asked to call. I did. I was told someone would get in touch with me. No one did.I called again and was told same thing. Someone would follow up. No one has and I am guessing no one will. Ive also sent two emails to the email given on another review. No responses anywhere. $50 worth of dry cleaning and $120 in damaged garments (1 dress and 1 coat). Do not use this business. I would not use their send away services. I was unaware that my five garments would not be cleaned on site and didnt realize this until I picked up. When I opened the bags, my five items REEKED of menthol cigarettes and two items were damaged. I emailed the company and heard nothing back so I called the laundromat. I talked to Cathy who was extremely apologetic and disappointed in the situation and her and I came up with a plan. Unfortunately no one else new the situation so whenever I was there Cathy was not and we were unable to rectify the situation. Furthermore I was told that the garments would be sent to the same send away service/company so it was likely that the issue would be repeated. The laundromat and the services they provide on site are great, but I would caution any out of store services. I am essentially out $55 and I had to extensively soak and hand wash the items before I could even take them to a seamstress to see about getting them fixed. She refused the services once she smelled them the first time, it was that bad. This was an expensive lesson I hope to prevent others from dealing with.
