Daughters have made several candles here and have had good experiences, however our latest was a rude employee. This is unfortunate as we have had the other good experiences. The experience is the whole reason for coming here!!

I was absolutely looking forward to this! I have an addiction to candles, seriously. I also love making candles! I have been to this shop before but that was when it was the Candle Lab. I admit, I like this more. Now, parking is a bit cramped but there are other parking areas near. When you walk in, the place smells amazing and it's so nice and light inside. The decor is minimal which is very nice. The staff is polite, helpful, and is nice to chat with. They help you start the process by giving you a small clipboard with a pen and paper. You put your information in too and date it. Below that is a large space to write down what scents you fine appealing for your candle or diffuser. They have a very nice selection of scents to choose from. After you pick you scents, you go pick out your container for candle or pick up the diffuser set. Go back to the table or counter and they will help you choose the rights scents to combine for what you want your candle to smell like. I wanted a nice Fall scented one. I chose bourbon, campfire, and pumpkin spice. Sadly at the time they were out of apple and 2 other scents I was interested in. That will be next time, hopefully. But after mixing the oils bit by bit in the one silver measuring cup, you come up with your scent and you do it yourself. You pour that into the wax, mix well and pour it into your candle glass. You have to let it for a few hours. You can leave and come back to get your candle or pick it up the next day. I had a lot of fun doing this and I will be going back. My only critique? Is for the to staff to relax a bit more and have fun with us.
