Yet they Stole all business for profit Ideas from DOWELL JOSEPH Inc. then wrongfully evicted me for helping tentants with emails, printers from DOWELL JOSEPH BUSINESS CONSULTANT! Lawsuit goes in today! You played a good guy, after I made SRO’s look livable in them Trenches! One star cause I AM THE MONEY did help there!

I live in one of their buildings, and it is rat/mouse/cockroach/fruitfly/bedbug INFESTED. Constant problems, filth, clogged toilets,brown water leaks from the smoke alarm!

This is also where rent is paid for the SROs that are occupied. I'm currently having trouble with 2 black caseworkers at the SRO I'm in allowing a cismale to attack me and writing me up for saying anything. I'm transgender and based on actions they are extremely transphobic

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Provided excellent representation for an Ellis Act eviction case. As a permanently disabled person their services were provided pro bono. They negotiated an excellent settlement and were extremely supportive. For those who qualify for their services I give the Tenderloin Housing Clinic the highest recommendation.

People can move in as couples into SRO's (Single Room Occupancy's) straight or gay. You just both need to be on G.A. or get the property manager to except it.
