Very hard to find storage units in Spokane. The people were very nice, and a better price than other storage places. I moved a bunch of stuff into a unit then found out the door was broken. Moved again, and it is a bit rundown, but the security and fire systems are excellent.

While I was renting there, everything went fine. Unit was clean and secure, never had an issue. I then moved due to the Army giving me a new station, and I went in and cancelled my unit. The next month, after I had already moved out of town, they charged me for the next month, even though I had cancelled. I called and it took 4 calls over a couple of weeks before I got an answer. They had charged my card, but have to refund via check. They sent the refund check to my address on my driver's license, which I hadn't lived at for years and did not have on file with them. So now I'm going to be waiting a few weeks before I get my refund from them.
