A very good place to have our repairs done if you have all the time in the world. The work they did was very good however their communication skills are lacking. You had to keep calling them to find out what was going on. When I set up the appointment originally I left multiple messages for Janet. Should return my call once in the beginning and then I never heard from her again.

Fantastic customer service!! After 6 months of extremely poor service at a dealership in Washington, the Fleetwood Mfg referred us to REV in Coburg. They had it delivered to their worksite within days, and within 3 weeks everything was done!! Treated like royalty at the on-site "campground" when we picked it up. Rep Angela was proactive and extremely knowledgeable! Will NEVER go anywhere else.

I drove down from Seattle area to get an estimate on extensive repairs for my Monaco rv. 12 hours down and back. This was at end of October. I was told to give them a few days to work up estimate. After phone calls and 3 email I still haven't got an estimate. This is December.. What a waste

We had a problem with our Motorhome on leaving a rest area near Coburg. We were on our way to Phoenix Arizona, and not wanting to break down again, we called in here, hoping that they could help us. Despite being very busy with many people waiting for extensive repairs, they were able to fit us in and got us going again. Many thanks to Troy for looking after us so quickly.
