Fitness 19 has been my gym now for well over 10 years and while some might find it "simple" in its offerings (ie: primarily cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights) but let me say it is filled with the most passionate, friendly, professional people. Mike is a top notch manager. I've been working with one of their trainers, Kayla Allen, for almost 6 months now and it has been more than WELL worth the investment as she has truly been amazing, so look her up and sign up with her!! Sometimes folks, less is more! Great job, guys and gals. Fitness 19 ROCKS!!

Great gym. Clean and organized with a large variety of equipment. They are also very accommodating to someone who doesn't live in town for day, multi-day or week passes at very fair prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. I'd be a member if I lived in town!

I have been to many gyms over the years and this one is my favorite! The staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The facility is always clean and tidy. They have a great blend of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. With "premier membership" you can bring a guest with you anytime you want. I really appreciate that and bring friends with me to work out all the time! I highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting a new place to call home.

We sure do! Just bring in your ID and your silver sneakers card (if you can’t find it, just give them a call and get your 16 digit account number) and we can get you signed up in a couple minutes!
