If you do what you're supposed to do you'll have a good experience. The one thing they should work on is getting more nurses so that all dispensing rooms can be available! Besides that I can't complain this place changed my life

If u look through these reviews u can see that things have definitely changed alot. I have been with this clinic for 6yrs now & have had no problems. But I do see the changes & can't say they were for the better 100%. Before we moved to this new location we really had a good thing going & the counselors were Wonderful. Even Tami who was the Front Desk Gal was Great to deal with when u got to know her. She was a lil harsh at times, but really could we blame her! She had to handle alot...was way different then now! Anyway, even tho things have changed so drastically & we lost that tightness & personal bond we all used to have...I still hung on & went with the flow. So now things are ok even tho we had such drastic changes. Actually This place is a life saver still & things can be really good for ppl who are willing to put the effort out. I think I have lasted so long & done so well cause I have stuck to thier rules & made sure I did everything they asked of me. I haven't had dirty tests, like alot of the ppl who seem to complain about this place do, and I make sure I get along with my counselor. If we bump heads or don't click I change counselors. We have a right to do that! So if u are looking for help with ur addiction this place really could work for u! Just walk in ready to follow thier rules & guidelines and then with a quick hour a day ur whole life will change for the better...quickly! U gain control of ur Adult life again & they will give u space to have that control as soon as u prove u really want it. This place has helped alot of ppl, so its definitely doing something right!!! GOD BLESS & GOOD LUCK!

The woman who does the phone intake at this place leaves me disheartened and somewhat cautious regarding the reputation and professionalism of this support service. I overheard the conversation she had with my son on speaker phone, who was actively experiencing withdrawal. He was attempting to make an appointment to seek help with his addiction. The woman he spoke with was overtly short, cold and incredibly rude with him on the phone, even raising her voice and talking over him at one point, when he couldn't provide an exact answer to the question she was asking. He was being respectful and trying hard to answer her questions to the best of his ability, in his condition. I was frankly shocked at her complete lack of empathy, patience, respect and professional communication. As a Registered Nurse who has worked with vulnerable populations for years, I feel it is crucial for all level of employees in a social service field such as this, (possibly even more so if you are the first person who will be interacting with a client) to communicate appropriately, therapeutically and possess a compassionate, non-judgmental, attitude that encourages understanding, fosters trust and helps meet the clients needs- particularly of people who are vulnerable and suffering. I hope this to be the case and that this happened to be a rare incident or a case of an employee simply having a bad moment, as this is a vital and much needed service here in our community.

They can't find enough nurses to fill their needs and so the nurses that are there take advantage and work extremely slowly and take lots of breaks because they know they don't have to worry about getting fired or anything. Counselors extremely unqualified but no different from any other place like this. Better than using on the streets. It's harm reduction, not a solution.

Cash and Private insurance accepted
Yes , unless an act of god or terrorist attack takes place, you will absolutely be given a dose on on your first (intake) appointment. You will be able to choose methadone or Suboxone treatment. While the maximum highest dose they can legally start you on is only 30mg(methadone ,I don't know Suboxone details), you will be automatically be given a C.O.W.S. ( clinical opioid withdrawal symptoms, google it) assessment ever day for a couple weeks and they will raise your dose 10mg at a time every 3 days After the initial increase period is over you simply have to ask your counselor for an increase.
I'm almost positive your insurance is accepted at the clinic downtown SRHD treatment services. There is also another clinic which also takes insurance now as well. The best option is to call both prior to your move and set it up before so. That way if you're switching from a current clinic where you are living now then you can arrange courtesy dosing for the first 2 weeks and during that time you can get all the necessary paperwork finished. This helps to avoid any unforseen problems which may arise. Good luck to you.
Depends, They close At 11 SHARP !!! Open at 5 am
If you pay Cash you can get in Quickly (day or 2). Call on Monday and ask for A Intake
Start him on suboxone asap...it will stop all withdrawal and pain ...then do out patient counsel if needed...saved my life from opioids and cravings for it!

I'm pretty sure you have to make an appointment but they get you in really quick
The needle exchange inside the Spokane Regional Health Building would accept them IF they're in the plastic bags that they come...they have to KNOW that they're still sterile in order to give them to someone to use.
They offer a group once a month on a Sunday to bring family members in to help the family understand what there family members is going through and how it helps the family member to get off of drugs. I have brought my mother there and she understands it a lot more then she did. She didn't think much of it But after she went she understands what is going on and how it helps your family member. I wld recommended it if you have a family member going there to go to a Sunday group there's only once a month on the Sunday at 8 am & 9 am but it's worth it just to learn what's your family members going through an how much it truly does help
This is NOT a medical clinic in the convention sense. This is an opioid rehabilitation facility.
This is NOT a medical clinic in the convention sense. This is drug rehabilitation facility...specifically an opioid rehabilitation facility.
Are you looking for an inpatient facility that will transport you specifically to this exact methadone clinic or are you looking for an inpatient place that will transport to any methadone place in Spokane??? Edit: I don't know if this place accepts inpatient to come dose there but I know for a fact that Spokane Regional Health Building FOR SURE does accept inpatient people to dose with them!!! I know FOR SURE that SunRay court through New Horizon and ABHS do that...and I know FOR SURE that there are a couple other places but I don't know their names. I'm on methadone and we see the treatment vans every morning that transport all the inpatient clients...there are numerous places that do that and a couple places have been known for having to make more than one trip to accommodate all their clients that are on a methadone clinic!! Inpatient people go right to the front of the dosing line so they are in and out quickly!! Good luck and best wishes!!
