One of the classics as far as Bay Area rehearsal studios go. Easy to get going, great house gear, and a ton of amazing history. They also have some great staging for live videos etc. Hit em up!

Too much background noise from other bands to reccord plus you would have to bring your own equipment... Can it be done if you have equipment.. Yes! Would i record there.. Heck no! Better off at home in garage or bathroom.. But great place to bring musicians for rehersal especially if ya dont know them and dont want them at your home untill you know them better.
