Aftee fighting dor weeks to get in contact with someone in the office i was final able to just show up and catch someone in the office. Applied for the property, in the process of doing my application boyfriends part was the only portion to be completed and I was charged. They denied my portion of the app. due to my dogs even tho I have Esa papers for both. Refused to give me my money back even tho the app was not complete and the denial of my pets. I feel they were very rude and unprofessional.

Worst place to live. Toilet has been broken and it has taken maintenance almost 4 weeks and still waiting. Rachel from the leasing office is very rude and feels entitled. My neighbor moved out and their treating the apartment for roaches and now their roaches are coming to my apartment. I went and complained and their response is we are aware but no one from the office made an attempt to let me know. They are now are going to treat my apartment but now I'm stuck with roaches and my new furniture will be ruined. I can't wait to move out off this place.

I have lived here for the past year and absolutely love it!! I have a newly renovated apartment. I have only had to put in 1 maintenance request but it was done the next day. The girls in the office are nice to me when I come in. So no complaints at all here.

Shaker Square Apartments are unbeatable for their value, square footage, and the exceptional customer service you'll receive from the property management staff. We lived at Shaker Square Apartments with our three children. There is so much space inside, a great kitchen with all appliances available, and decent size park for the kids to burn off their energy after school. The property management staff does it all from providing school supplies for the residents children to bbq's and water slides for them to enjoy in the summer. Overall, I had a very positive experience with my family and would highly recommend these apartments to anyone. I would like to thank Shana and Miami for going above and beyond to accommodate my family. You guys are great!
