Higher prices but typical for Walgreens. Can be busy but usually not a long wait. Staff come be a little friendlier and helpful. I've been to this store more than a few times and have never been greeted or asked if I needed any help. Not once. If anything they go out of their way to not make eye contact.

I was in this Walgreens Friday, May 3,2019, I want to give a special thanks to the employee Tiffani, I was trying to put an obituary together and she was so kind and patient with me. She spent the time and I loved the finished product. Customer Service is such a forgotten art but she is the kind of employee that epitomizes Customer Care, Thank You. The girls there are just spectacular the manager breanna and destiny so helpful and the cashier Matt just marvelous good funny guy and they all just treat you so right and help you with you need from the minute you walk in until you leave and every time I go in its super busy and theyre still able to help everyone with no questions asked but is there anything else I could help you with today Whitehall,OH walgreens on east main go there

Called on tuesday the 19th around 215 and was met with the most RUDE and condescending pharmacist. Talked to me like I was stupid because I wasn't sure what a "bin" number was even though I explained I just received this insurance and an RX card. Unfortunately I need my prescriptions but because of her I will be changing my location to a different walgreens. Maybe they will be more helpful and have better customer service. Absolutely disgusted by this female pharmacist!
