Highly recommend I had my festival braid si got in my home town fall out 1 day in and I called this shop fingers crossed and they told me to be on my way ! I walked out with easily the most beautiful braids I've ever had very tight and clean looking ! I would recommend anyone go here! I'm kinda sad I can't take this girl back to Tennessee with me ! I love these thanks so much

I got butterfly locs the only down fall is when u get butterfly locs 2 ppl can't do them they will all be different which mines turnt out to be different some are loose some are super tight so tight where the loc looks like a stick butterfly loc are not suppose to be stiff they are short which I can't even style I can't even wear them down because they are so space out don't look right at all. I went back because one wasn't done right. Didn't even feel like asking to correct some that needed to be correct I really feel like I wasted my money not to mention they had to redo one side of my head because they was so big I even showed a pic of how I wanted them n they still turnt out to be to big one girl was just learning how to do them smh I don't think I'll be back u live n u learn. Please understand what ppl want Instead of trying to rush just to get a head done. Other then that they was nice place was clean.

The worst place you could ever get your hair done to be honest. I have been buying hair for about a year now at this place so I never really get to interact with the people there . So today my hair stylist wasn’t available so I decided to come here and let them do my hair since I was in a hurry . OMG very unprofessional ladies , they gossiped about me in French the whole time, they didn’t know I speak the language. The lady who owns the place told me that she could wash my hair before I got there , when I got there she changed the story that she doesn’t have warm water so she’s gonna use cold water. So the whole time she was just lying to me . Also the lady smells like rotten eggs honestly it’s like she has never showered OMG I understand she just had a baby but that’s terrible service if you going to come with all that bad smell to your costumers. When the lady was done I decided to let her know that her service was unsatisfying and she needed to do better ,she insulted me like crazy. I’m still in shock what type of place I just went fr. She followed me outside yelling that I should never come back remember this is 7:30pm even the person in the car waiting for me outside was in shock and scared for his life cause it’s like the woman went insane. Anyways that’s my terrible experience!

These hairdresser's are mean and they show it through how they do your hair. If they don't like you for whatever reason, they speak their language to talk about you, conversate how to mess your hair up and the owner, she acts nice but, she's spiteful as well. They're not on time so don't book early in the morning and if you're getting extensions, better buy their hair because if you don't, that's reason enough for them not to like you and destroy the hair you purchased elsewhere. I purchased hair elsewhere, that made them very upset and they never did my hair right again. Yes, you offered to do my hair and at discount but, what you're not telling the people is, you intentionally didn't braid the top of my sew-in correctly which is the most important part of the style. You took $80 from me knowing what you did was wrong! Yes!! you have a spiteful spirit because Mahawa, and I had our differences. She spoke very rudely to me because she forgot to sew a piece of my track down. She took a comb the next day and dug into my braided edges to cause me pain. I paid $220 just for her to handle my bundles like a $2 amazon wig. I asked her not to handle my bundles that way and she said, she had customers who pay $500 and she will brush the hair the same. BUT!! I asked that she not do that, it was ripping the hair off the track. I told you how she treated me and you offered your services with malice in your heart to get payback for Mahawa and when you performed your services you didn't do my hair right! I text yesterday 7/15/2021 if she could do my hair because she did it beautifully the very first time but, on this day, you said something in your language about me not buying your hair and, she shredded my bundles the second time, put tons of thread in my hair, it took a week to get it out and the last time she was disrespectful, never to do it right again. We talked and you said you would talk to her which is why I requested her, thinking you had regained respect and value for your customer again. What a disappointment!!! As an owner you should correct that kind of behavior this is your business but, how can we blame an employee when the owner is out of line? Never forget where you come from!! I've been to your country and seen the before living conditions, don't allow the American lifestyle make you high minded and mistreat others. Stay humble God gives, takes, opens and close doors! Be Watchful how you treat people because, it just might be a child of God and, we don't have a liking for being mistreated when we treated you with nothing but, love.
