My wife and I went to the Main St. VCF store in Reynoldsburg. Our salesperson was Lori Mitchell and she made our visit a great experience. We were going to start with this store then shop at two others but with the good selection Lori’s suggestions we found our two recliners. It is great to shop at any store when the customer service is attentive without being overbearing and pushy. We will shop this store again!

At the store Eric was awesome helping me with everything when deciding on a couch! Very helpful and knowledgeable and made my process easy. When I had some issues with my delivery date Stacy the manager was a great help and did everything she could to help make things better! Lotfi my delivery guy was very sweet and amazing he was super man 1 man show and did a great job!!! I feel I got the best treatment and experience and I am very pleased with everything! I came into the store already knowing what I wanted to purchase as far as living room furniture went. We had a super helpful store associate named Derek tell us about the deals going on when we mentioned possibly wanting a new mattress as well. Ended up with big discounts and free white glove delivery and set up. I had previously used their Acceptance Now program to make my payments more manageable and did the same this time. Since I had an existing profile, the process was way quicker. They’ve since extended the amount of time you can pay the full balance from 90 to 120 days no interest, which is helpful! Everything we got happened to be in stock, so we were able to pick a delivery date that was about a week out that worked with our schedule. We could’ve had it delivered 3 days after our in store visit actually. Delivery was yesterday. I got the call ahead to inform me of the delivery window, and the 30 minute call ahead prior to their arrival. They got there pretty much at the end of the window I was given. My items were brought inside and the small amount of hardware was attached to the new couch. He even placed it exactly where it needed to go. He cleaned up after himself and took photos to submit proof of delivery. The only thing I could “complain” about was the non-removal of my old mattress. I was told in store that removal was part of the deal. I was to be given a bag to put the old one in (for bed bug purposes just in case) and they would take it with them. When I asked about that, the delivery guy seemed to think that was a foreign concept and said no they did not do that. Also, the delivery receipt has a space for my signature but I was never asked to do that. They signed it for me after viewing it in the email. Might want to start getting the actual customer to do that! Overall, I was satisfied with the purchase and process and would go back.

probably hours are shorter
They didn't charge me delivery because I spent more than 1000. Delivery was great. They would not throw in w pillow or anything else. I spent twice that around the corner and they gave me two free pillows
