Food prep is horrible. It's as if they've been scolded about food cost by district managers and now they're trying not to waste food so they reheat food. The last few times I've been there the chicken is dry and hard as if old and reheated. The chips oily and hard, the tortillas soggy yet hard so weird. The employees seems so depressed that their customer service lacks. Not rude just so blah. I honestly feel sorry for them 'cause they look unhappy there so you know they're not being treated well.

Good food, check and double check your order! We were shorted 5 items and had to drive back to shoe the receit and get them and we were still short one order of beans! They do drive through only.

WORST el pollo loco. They're always screwing up orders and out of red sauce at 7pm. Low IQ employees.
