This used to be the spot. I went in, planning on buying a backpack, purse and wallet combo and something for my daughter (at home not with me) I was not greeted but the woman before and after me were. I walked around collected the items I wanted and then had a question about another and was completely ignored. So I left the items and walked out. I guess you have to look like your a kardashian for anyone to want to help you, I was in a cute set of active wear that matched, btw. I set down close to a grand in items. Smh. I’m sticking with the online outlet store. If you don’t want my sale I go elsewhere.

Visited this location for the first time - a few days after Christmas to get my friend’s Birthday+Christmas gift. Still had a very good selection of merchandise afterwards. I was greeted and helped by the assistant store manager who was very sweet and took interest in carrying a conversation! Left with a wallet and sweater that was 70% off!! Visuals and standards were clean and spectacular. There is a “queue” line that controls the capacity of customers in the store. Hope to visit again soon!

Several weeks back they had you wait in line (6ft apart) & only allowed a few customers in at a time, only after several others had left. There were about 6-8 other customers shopping along with me & my daughter. Masks & social distancing a must & is clearly posted on the door. They were wiping counters down after each register transaction. We didn't see anyone specifically cleaning/sanitizing products that customers touched. We did have a few employees ask if we needed any help, but allowed us to freely look at & handle any items we wanted to see. I did see an employee or two wipe down a table here & there, but not directly after shoppers. LAST WEEK, they DIDN'T have you line up outside, but DID still require masks & social distancing. We didn't see anyone wipe anything down while shopping or before/after purchases. But please know that all of this info is strictly based on our experiences & what we observed during our 2 visits.
