First time staying here in many, many years. Easy access though it was easier to park my F250 in the back lot. Rooms are comfortable though the ac controls seemed off, just adjusted to comfort level and ignored the number. Breakfast wasn't until 6:30 which was too late for us. Rates seem high to me, but we had no interest in the pool, was in town for the race track.

Super fun family experience! The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The arcade games were great - some gave prizes, and the claw machines were super easy. I didn't mind spending extra in the arcade because I felt like I wasn't just throwing away money. The pool was clean - extremely chlorinated, which is probably a good thing, but the chemicals being off caused the water to be super cloudy, which was weird. Shower water temps & pressure were great. It was hard to get our room to a comfortable temp, but both the heat and the AC worked really well. The room was on the smaller side, but beds were comfortable, and the in-room fridge and microwave were appreciated. Breakfast is grab n go style; the selections were okay (frozen jimmy dean sandwiches, cereal bars, fruit cups, yogurt, etc.)

The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our kids (1 and 3 year old) loved the splash pad and pool! The breakfast could offer a little bit more variety. We will be returning for another stay soon!

Just go to a better hotel with an indoor pool. It'll be cheaper and a better experience. First, the property interior is very dated (think early/mid 90s wood panel doors everywhere), and often just smells old and run down. The property was booked full, while other hotel parking lots at the same exit were empty, so it's not like they're struggling financially to do any renovations. I've had comfier beds at a motel 6. No coffee available at 9am. Trash overflowing in the breakfast area. The waterpark is fine for a hotel, but make no mistake. This is no substitute for a full fledged indoor water park. It's small and crowded. We booked this on a whim, but we'll probably just go to Kalahari or Great Wolf Lodge next time. Front desk staff wasn't unhelpful, but they weren't particularly friendly. Overall just a very average experience.
