I needed a good nights sleep, so I stopped in at Bedmart and met Bill Johnson. He asked all the right questions to help me find what would work best for me, And what was important to me. I tried their smart match system that i think worked great and then looked at a bunch of different beds, and found my perfect match. Im glad I stopped in, because it was it was such a good experience, and was much better than i had anticipated. Thanks to Bill ive been sleeping great the last few months finally.

In July 2018 I had the good fortune I'm having Bill Johnson wait on me when I had to buy a mattress for my husband who was very ill and needed an adjustable bed on order to be discharged from the hospital. Bill's relaxed and thorough assistance helped me get the right bed with no stress, and it was delivered right on schedule. Of course I went right back to Bill at Bedmart when I needed a new mattress for myself two weeks ago. Bill does not disappoint. It was a very relaxed and satisfying transaction. Bill searched on the phone for the mattress I needed and found it in Bend and had it delivered to me In just a few days. I couldn't be happier with service at this store and through Bill.

Overall good experience. Our salesman Bill was very helpful, understood when to leave us to discuss things, informative with answering our questions. Nothing bad to say about the salesman, the delivery crew, or the overall experience. Only thing I docked a star for was the financing. Behind the counter, on the door, online, they advertise 'No Credit" financing. Both my wife and I have decent credit and make decent money, and were both turned down for financing. We didn't need to finance, and ended up paying outright, but was hoping to build a little more credit along the way. For advertising "No Credit" why was a Hard inquiry done on our credit? Ultimately, it was a non-issue for us but if financing was our only option, it would have been upsetting.

David was awesome! He took the time to understand us and our needs in order to recommend a proper mattress solution. We did not feel like a bother no matter how many questions we asked. He recommended a few options in the price range we wanted then showed us a step down and a step up so we could compare and find the right fit.
