It used to be that Nordstroms was the place to go for stellar selection, beautiful displays of items, and exceptional customer service. No longer. I just spent a few hundred on a dress that was wrinkled on the rack (they put it out on display really wrinkled!) and when I asked for it to be steamed it took 25 min just to get someone to do it. And, when it came back from being steamed (another 15 min) they rolled it up and put it in a shopping bag! AND, I saw the person carrying it downstairs and she was dragging it on the floor! Really frustrating. Do better, Nordstrom Stanford.

It's always nice to shop at Nordstrom and since I haven't been able to because of the pandemic it was nice to get out. Staff friendly and knowledgeable as always
