This shop is a delight. I'm hard to fit with shoes, and the KEEN brand satisfies every time: boots, travel shoes, casual shoes. KEEN shoes make you want to get out, to move, and to keep moving. The staff here is friendly and well-trained, and I never feel rushed or upsold.

Great customer service, the older lady that works there helped me pick out a pair of shoes that was snug around the base of my feet but roomy enough for my wide toes. She patiently explained how the different styles of shoes (in the mens and womens) would affect my stride even during busy hours at the shop. I ended up purchasing a pair online since they didn't have my size in store. Couldn't have done it without her help :D
