Just passing through the area and took a chance. Possibly one of the best haircuts I have ever had. Very happy with service.

I called to set up an appointment for my son’s haircut and they told me that they accept walk-ins only, so I dropped off my son and I waited in the car. One of the barbers finished with a customer and walked out to make a phone call and has been on the phone for more than 20 minutes when I noticed that somebody walked-in and they entertained him right away. I went inside and brought to their attention that my son was there first and had been waiting for more than 30 minutes to which they replied that the guy had an appointment and that the person who told me over the phone that they accept walk-ins only already left for the day. WHY did they not communicate this with my son? My son told me that they did not acknowledge him at all when he walked in, so he just sat down and waited. WHAT is it then about us, that personnel at Edgemere Barber Shop treated us with such ignorance and lack of courtesy? Would be better to post on your business that not everybody is welcome so as not to waste our time – I don’t demand respect, just common courtesy, decency and perhaps a bit of professionalism.
