This camp park was beautiful. The site's are big, well cleared and marked. If your wanting a nice shower and clean bathroom I wouldn't recommend this park. We were tent camping and were hoping for showers. We didn't have change, and host was "off duty". There was no change machine. If you'd like a cheap quiet place along the river this would be perfect for that. I would not camp here if I was camping in a tent or camper without a bathroom/shower.

This campground is fantastic! We stayed here for a few weekdays while working in the area. It was quiet, beautifully forested, and had friendly staff. There were some nice field areas and nets for outdoor sports, too. There are some nice views down by the water. It is definitely a great spot to stay for a few days on a family trip or just as a night to stop by on the road elsewhere. Additionally, the price can’t be beat ($15/night for tenting). The only thing holding it back from 5-stars is the washrooms. While they’re cleaned well enough, the locks on both of the stalls in the men’s washroom are broken (and supposedly some of the locks on the stalls in the women’s washroom, too). Additionally, showers require a couple dollars (quarters only) to use, which was a bit of a hassle since I wasn’t around when the front office was open to get change. There is nowhere inside the individual shower stalls to place personal items, and instead there is a small bench in the middle common space of the showers, which feels a bit less safe and private than I’d like.

Two stars because this place is beautiful and I don't want people too know about it, very quiet and you don't have a neighbor 20 feet from you. If you like a lot of people while you're camping go to popular park.

HUGE campsites, all with fire pits. Right on the water, it couldn't be more beautiful. Downsides? Dry camping no hookups. It's worth it for a couple weeks. Also the hosts have issues with kids. They don't like them much. Showers are $2, bring your own quarters.

Don't remember exact price, but it is a real good deal when compared to other and state campgrounds. You buy it as a large or small cart and wheel it over to your site.
