The rolls will look at them, are waiter tried waiting on our table and another table at the same time infact our food came out on the same try, for got my wife's apple sauce had to go back and get it for got My gravy had to go back and get it, and didn't bring My side kick of ribs till we were about done. I was so upset I forgot to use my gift card.

Very popular dinner option. We arrived about 3 p.m. asked for a "quiet & romantic" booth. The hostess put us in a car corner, a good spot. We received fast, helpful service and soon we're dining on a delicious steak with baked potato and salad. This is a choice location BUT arrive early for the best table. Enjoy

Texas Roadhouse is always my place to go for my birthday. Usually go to Findlay, Polaris, or Mansfield. Unfortunately I've had to work long hours all this week and wasn't able to make it. Sent my parents to get me a meal for my birthday. I've been a member of the Roadhouse email club for several years. They always email me a coupon for a free appetizer or sidekick of ribs. Asked my parents to pick me up the Roadkill, garden salad, and mashed potatoes and the sidekick of ribs to go, after they finished their meal. When it came the to pay the bill, the server argued with my mother that the ribs weren't included, even though it says it directly on the front of the email coupon that I sent along. I've used it several times before without any problems. The server had my mother so shook up about taking the coupon, she was a mess by the time she left. The salad was not put in with the carryout meal, and she was such a wreck, she didn't check. The salads are the best at the Roadhouse. Needless to say, this whole experience has me upset. I feel bad my 76 yr old mother had to argue just to get my ribs. What should have been something so simple as placing a takeout order, turned into a disaster.
