I have lived in pendleton off and on for since 1972 and have watched the police go from serve and protect to harass and control.

I would give no stars but thats not possible. I live in Pendleton and i have to say that none of the officers ive known do their jobs like they're supposed to. If you run into officers Wolverton, Hamby, they're cool guys. A few I've run into like Porter, Bassette, and Washington don't listen to everyone's side of the story. I've had to call for domestic disturbances on my street 5 times in one month and all they do is give them a warning. Even when dogs are running loose and they bite someone they didn't even give them a ticket. For a city this big everyone knows everyone. They will side with whoever they want. My advice, STAY AWAY FROM PENDLETON. As far as you can.

You may have to contact dispatch for that information. They usually keep everything low key so my best advice for anything is to go to the department itself or contact dispatch maybe.

Have recived no case no from officer Studebaker ,and officer did not ask for a sighed statment from the victim. Need case no and where the case is progressing
