Where do I start. Ordering online was a nightmare you can only subtract things like toppings not add or extra or anything. Theres nowhere to get ranch or other dipping sauces. I called the store 4 times before I finally got an answer. The first guy I talked to was rude and the lady I talked to after he handed her the phone was even worse and dismissed me immediately and didnt listen to anything I was trying to say I got maybe 3 words out before she said ok it's in the bag and hung up. I wanted extra honey mustard and lettuce on the chicken sandwich and wanted ranch for my Mozzarella sticks. Definitely didnt happen. I got a pack of honey mustard in the bag so I'm assuming that's what she was talking about. Not even close to what I was trying to ask her. Now on to the food my roast beef is barley lukewarm. I did have the option to add red onion to my beef n cheddar I received 3 of the smallest rings of onion I've ever seen. My Mozzarella sticks were chewy and whoever decided to put an entire chicken sandwich in a tiny paper bag is wrong for doing so. The sandwich was all over inside the bag. The jamocia shake was ok tho!

Fires are cold and tasteless doesn't matter which style you order. The French dip is vomit inducing... warm cheese cold roast beef and the dip has scum in the cup. This place has steadily declined since reopening would not recommend it to anyone there's a reason the drive-thrus never busy not to mention the rude staff I get it retail jobs stink but if you're not happy with retail find something else don't take your frustration out on people just trying to get a sandwich 0 out of five stars totally disgusting and good luck getting your receipt by the way

Ate lunch here on a Wednesday. The staff was very friendly and restaurant clean, including the restroom. Ordered a classic meal and was impressed with the pile of meat on the classic. Fries were crispy and hot. As a general rule, I don't use drive thru's do to opportunity for errors. I like to be able to check my order before leaving, plus I'm not a fan of eating in a car. Nice place to eat.
