The first time we ordered our sub was messed up and they gave us the wrong 2 liter. We got a credit and ordered again a week later. This time they still gave us the wrong 2 liter. The guy read our order back to us initially with the right pop, but still sent the wrong one. We called and the same guy told us that's what we ordered. I'll go to the one in Lexington before I order from here again.

Update: The owner has reached out to me and has made things right. In hindsight, I wish I would have called the store when we realized there were problems. It was a busy night for us and I was frustrated. The quick response to my review was very much appreciated and makes me believe even without my review it would have been corrected ASAP. And EOC still has the best Meatball sub around, I just like my jalapenos diced and with extra sauce :) Original review... Delivery was earlier than expected that was a plus! However, when you order a Peanut Butter and Jelly pizza and it has been carelessly handled and the Jelly has all slid off the pizza and is just a pile beside the pizza, not so great. Our subs were good, but for the second time in a row I asked that my jalapenos be diced on my meatball sub and they weren't! Not sure why there is a place for special instructions if no one is going to follow them :( also no extra sauce on my sub either. We don't order often because it is a little pricey. So when we do I expect my moneys worth. Didn't get it this time!

The flavored, crispy crust and the taco pizza are the two main reasons I order from here on occasion. I generally do pick up though I've had bad experience with delivery on more than one occasion in the timeliness of the arrival of my pizza. Well over an hour on a couple different occasions Not recently though, I haven't ordered from here in a month or better. I don't know if they were short-staffed or possibly inexperienced new drivers unfamiliar with The streets. Regardless they still make up a great taco pizza!
