My wife and I reserved a 26’ truck through their Budget Truck Rental business. We reserved the van 3 weeks in advance and confirmed 1 week prior to picking up the van. On the day we were picking up the van, literally less than 1 mile from their office, they call to inform us they do not have the van. They gave us three different and conflicting excuses as to why the van was not available and were EXTREMELY RUDE to my wife. In the end, they had a 26’ LIFT GATE van, but not a 26’ RAMP than we’d reserved. We are moving to Nevada tomorrow and have an entire sequence of events we have set up. They are trying to bump us to a much more expensive rental (that we do not want and did not reserve) through forcing a lift gate on us OR a one way rental. Both of these solutions are unacceptable and NOT what we reserved or

The best place to rent stuff for your party. I hadn't rented party equipment for a while so I went online to see what was available. Rent-Rite showed up with awesome Google and Yelp reviews-- and the place is only two freeway exits from my home. OK, the office isn't much to look at, but the ladies running the place are great. Glenda set me up with everything I needed (and talked me out of some stuff I didn't need). She even helped me carry stuff out to my car. I picked up everything on Friday and returned it on Monday and got charged for one night. Love it.

They are seriously the best, cutest people to work with. I love their family owned story. The dad is just the cutest, sharpest man. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Not to mention the best prices in town. I've tried calling other places closer to my home to rent items but they're just so expensive and not as friendly. I'll stick with Rent Rite for sure.
