Positive: Everything nice and newer...pool closed, and scaffolding currently up doing a facelift.desk and Exec. Housekeeping top notch. But lack of communication w/staff is apparent. Negative: I requested at my check-in to be given an approximate 30-45 min grace period the following morning for 11am. It was noted, but the desk clerk was calling me before 11am. Room on 3rd floor, Painter beating on my window at 8:12am!!! Are you kidding me?

Melody was awesome when I called to verify various things with the hotel and our booking. She was a 10 on customer service and an absolute asset to Sleep Inn! Would have likely cancelled my booking if not for her professionalism and personal kindness. WTG Melody!

Great motel, Great staff. Beds were very comfortable. Room as well as rest of motel was clean all the time. Had a snow storm while staying and the motel provided dinner for guests since nothing was open. Fitness room in Great working condition. Would highly recommend travelers and workers stay here.

Positive: The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was nice because it's right off the highway. I'll definitely be staying here again! Negative: I wish they had an actual hot breakfast, rather than just some things that can be cooked in the microwave. I understand covid concerns, but a ton of hotels have gone back to actual continental breakfasts.
