I would say one of the best Zara in Bay Area Organize and you’ll find whatever you want

Horrible shopping experience. Both at physical stores and online. Stores are dirty and clothes a mess, customer service to be desired, while shipping is an epic fail. I used to shop Zara in the EU all the time, here it’s a shocker. Una basura!

This store has a great selection. I love this store. Pretty reasonable prices too!

Zara is my absolute favorite store to go too. Except the one in San Francisco, CA. My first time there, and most likely the last time. 1. Security Guard- gotta clean him up. He looks like a rent a cop for a .99 cents store. If your going to hire security, they should look like it. He was polite saying hello. 2. Women's section is on the ground level. The men's department with baby clothes is downstairs. Variety for men's clothes, business, professional, clean and sleek look was miniscule. More tee's and jeans as well as casual shoes. Gentleman folding clothes greeted me, so that's nice. Found a trench coat I've been wanting but seems to miss that certain something that keeps you from buying it. Well i found mine. Very happy! 3. Two sales associates were shop talking and no greet or an offer of help. I walked right by them. Got to the cashier and it seemed at first he was buying some items. Than I took a 2nd look. He was returning a bag full of clothes. Think a picnic basket!! I stuck around and watched everyone else organize clothes and hang shirts up but no offer to open a register to get those sales or offer to help her organize ( she returned, hung the item, handed a receipt back and started over again ). Maybe 10 mins, I went upstairs to cash out. Now yes it was a longer line and three cashier's were there, but it was a tiny tiny wait. I was really surprised overall with this store. Reason why I mention greets- don't you want to be recognized instead of made to feel, " ugh, why are you here " or ignored all together? Wouldn't you like suggestions or made known there's a sale going on? Part 2: I had to go back two weeks later due to my trip out to Alaska and realized i had not even tried on the jacket though I'm normally a L. Well my chubby self needed an XL. So i called up Zara and spoke with Leo. Super cool on the phone and even more kind and professional in person. I asked him if i could come in and trade what had not been worn. Without hesitation he said, " absolutely ". He issued an invite to come on in and it will not be a problem at all. Few hours later i was there for my exchange and not only was i greeted ( you know how i feel about being ignored but another great sales associate was there ) by Alex. Alex did the exchange and Leo stopped by midway to say hello. My rating of 2 starts went to 4. Because of these two, my opinion of this store has met exceptions on what a great salesman is but also an amazing people person! Thank you guys very much@!
