They sold us used & damaged merchandise! Out on the sales floor was a retro 1996 nuptse jacket, but there were massive dirt stains on both sleeves and various other stains on the body. It was definitely worn many times, not just tried on. When we pointed it out to the sales Rep they took it off the sales floor and said "sorry, I guess it was a return". Then we purchased a base camp duffel bag. It was still in the pouch, we had no clue it had been used. After leaving the city and unpacking it, we noticed large dark stains across on the duffel bag.

I expect will find my favourite shoes, unfortunately not many selection especially for small size ~40, and for child apparel too.

This is their flagship store. It's three levels and has all the latest clothing lines. Also, if they don't have something in stock, you can buy it online (including multiple sizes), and return the ones you don't want or don't fit to the store. You can also ship to store and try on/return there.
