My doctor here, Dr. Christopher Moore, was great. But the Forward software is a total pain to use. They over promise and under deliver on almost all things. Save your money.

Overall good experience. My only pause is that after discussing on the call that we would not do a 23 and me genetics test, Forward sent me an email to say my next step would be to do 23 and me test. This makes the process feel "standardized" and that I wasn't heard or the notes weren't taken from the visit. That's somewhat concerning, since health care is most definitely an individualized service. But overall, I will continue and the experience was good.

It's already in LA!! They opened in Century City at the Westfield mall, also at the Americana in Glendale, and at Fashion Island in Newport Beach! I was just at the Glendale location recently, it was nice! And they never charged me for anything no matter how many times I visit, just the membership! Love it!!

I know you can just walk in and sign up, or just go online and signup there. As for the other question, I had my thyroid removed a few years ago, and my Forward doctor has kept an eye on it way better than any other doctor I've ever had. I also LOVE not having to go to a stupid specialist all the time, just for them to tell me a single number, collect a copay, and send me home. Not sure about nonstandard tests at Forward though... I just know they've taken good care of me.
