The services department at Tri-State Ford was amazing- even prior to taking the car in to get it fixed! They spoke with me at length and listened to me discuss what issues we were having and possible solutions. At the time, we were trying to fix it independently because I had put a lot of money into it through another Ford dealership that did not fix the problem. I replaced the BCM and needed to have it programmed. I had it towed from my house to a Ford dealership close to my house that told me they couldn't get it running (obviously) and that it would cost $2300 to put a new wiring harness on it- told me that wouldn't fix the problem but that was the "first step." I called Tri-state to see how much they would charge for the same work. They suggested I have it towed to them because they couldn't give me an answer until they looked at it. I spent the $120 to have it towed from Steubenville to East Liverpool and it was worth every penny! They had it running and programmed in no time, were so patient, listened to everything I had to say, fixed some other minor things that needed done and the cost was less than 1/2 of what I was going to pay for the previous dealership!! This is the only place I will deal with from now on! And they did not treat me like I don't know what I am talking about just because I am a women- which I frequently get from mechanics!!!
