new management got rid of all trash (people), put up free dumpsters for us to clean up added new asphalt parking spots, 2 new ones most lots. only $295 per month lot rent, my dads place charge $340 no parking pads. my bae's dad gonna move here for this. but wait time 3-4 months i was told because they need to clean it up. got rid of the trash druggies already very successful! they gone!!! lol! finally ownwrs cares us residens. we were so scared of those but they finally gone from the park now so peaceful. wanna more trash to leave i can't wait

new management, people being evicted for having a broken window, had to get rid of their dogs, all outside playhouses, swings, parking spots, nothing for children to do. I would never live there.

The managers will steel your vehicle right off the ramps while it's being worked on. They lie to you and say it's ok wait til your not home and steel it. They harass you about your yard if your kids have toys in it. I do not recommend it if you want a peaceful place to live. People living there I have no problems with just the management. They have treated my daughter unfairly.
