My car was pulling to one side so I took it in to a nearby Firestone for an alignment work. After the alignment was adjusted the car was still pulling so I took it back to Firestone two weeks later. While they did agree to have it checked again, I didn’t appreciate the run around or their tone when speaking to me. So after replacing all my tires I went to Quality Discount Tire instead for an alignment work so I won’t wear my new tires quick. Upon arriving for my appointment, they checked me in quick and my car was worked on schedule. The person who checked me in, Nick, was pleasant and professional. The alignment was only slightly off so they only charged me for checking. I really appreciated their honesty. Going forward, this is the place for me for new tires and alignment and general service. Very honest, friendly and excellent service.

Quality Discount Tire provides excellent customer service. I was assisted by Nick and I was really impressed at the service he provided me. They were able to fit me in even though I didn’t have an appointment. I was really blown away by how honest his advice was and that’s what I appreciated most about my experience.
