I just wish to say that as the resident Services Coordinator at South Portland Housing authority, That SMAA is such a great place to refer people too. They are consummate professionals, cheerful and helpful to a fault and our seniors receive such good service and help accessing advice and support. They have provided wonderful age-well workshops on site. A better agency you will not find.

If you are having problems obtaining transportation to appointments contact people at the appointment location. They will most likely be helpful and have experience with this situation.
It would not hurt to ask someone there there are good to help you
